Hi there, It sounds like you don't have any caching set up which will cause a big load on the server, especially with a wordpress site. You also need to leverage browser caching. It seems as though you have a 3xx redirect on your homepage which will cause issues with google's crawlers. When they see a redirect it gets flagged as an error and they can't properly read your content. There's quite a lot that can be done but I can set up some caching for you and look over the images/scripts your sending to the user and see if they can be optimised to improve speed. PageSpeed is not too bad 2.3 seconds for the front page and with the items that CAN be fixed it will be under 2 seconds. Are you using Siteground for hosting they do shut down website for using too much band width or taking up too much space. If you are keeping backups on the website it can double the size of the website. Also uncompressed images although I did not see any on the test. I can work tomorrow. Your site actually loads pretty quickly. I can reduce the load time by about 20% As for the server usage, that is most likely from traffic or incorrect configurations. I see you are using WP Super Cache. This can be a good plugin but with certain settings, it will actually increase server usage. It will take me 1-2 hours depending on the issue. Its a possibility the site is infected causing the the load, which would take me more time than a simple plugin change. My quote is: $30 if its not infected. $100 if it is.
