Wordpress Expert with React or Vue experience

I'm looking for a long term hybrid Wordpress/React Developer for ongoing work. The right candidate will focus on modern front-end development technologies, in particular modern JS frameworks like react and vue. He/She will have a strong understanding of vanilla javascript.

- How many hours are you available per week?
- Do you have experience using React or Vue within the Wordpress admin?
- Have you ever built wp plugins that create admin ui like custom metaboxes or settings pages?
- Are you familiar with using the wp API?
- What package do you prefer to use when working with apis in React and Vue
- How comfortable are you with TDD?
- Describe 2-3 for your favorite projects and how you broke down the challenge into the smaller parts
