Wordpress Email Leads

A few weeks ago I had someone here connect my Mailchimp account to my Wordpress website so when someone made an Enquiry on my website it passed the Name & Email fields into the Mailchimp acocunt. This was done successfully. A little while later (3 or 4 days) I noticed that I was receiving the exact same email enquiry over and over again as if the same person enquired multiple times per day for a few days in a row. This is not the case. When I log into my Mailchimp account I can see that I am getting new email enquires everyday however when the wordpress website sends them to my email (Automated as part of the theme) its not sending me each enquiry however its sending me the same enquiry from weeks ago. I hope this makes sense? Before a freelancer.com user integrated Mailchimp with my Wordpress site each email enquiry was sent to my email addresses automatically without issue. Now its sending the same old enquiry not the actual enquiry being made. I tried to explain all this to the Freelancer to did the integration but he blocked me on chat and I cant communicate with him. It has something to do with what he had done as the theme has sent me emails without issues from day 1 around 5 years ago. Now all of a sudden the enquiries arent being automaticaly sent to me by email. The task is for someone to have a look at this. Thank you.
