Woocommerce Theme and Plugin developer

I need someone to develop theme and plugin (for setting up the theme) for woocommerce that looks exactly like this here: [login to view URL] Currently this theme is developed only to be used with specific plugin. I need someone to create exactly the same theme, but to work with all Woocommerce plugins etc, because the current version works only in set to work with a specific plugin. Theme Requirements: Develop a Woocommerce theme looking exactly like the mentioned above. No code used from the current version! The developed theme must be written from scratch. License closed - Only people with license code (generated by me) can use the theme. 100% Mobile friendly. 100% working with other Woo plugins like - Payment gateways etc. Backend functionality for the theme Include Analytics ID (the theme should support analytics when the ID is include in the backend) Include Facebook Pixel ID (the theme should support FB even trackings (Add to Cart, View Cart, Purchase) when the ID is include in the backend) Function to change the color of the buttons "Add to Cart", "Purchase" etc. Upload Logo Upload Favicon Upload Home Page Slides and setup where they go. Field to include additional code in the "Head" area of the theme. Header Settings - Email, Phone, Logo, Trust Badge (upload function). Function to edit the text of the home page bullets - 700+ Clients Love Us! Shipping to 185 Countries 100% Safe Payment 2000+ Successful Deliveries Function to edit the home page counter: "SUPER SALE UP TO 80% OFF ALL ITEMS! LIMITED TIME OFFER" Function to specify additional tabs on the "Product Page". For example, I create a page "Returns" and I should be able to setup that page to show as a tab in the product page. Footer settings - Text, logo, Social Media Accounts etc. MailChimp form to integrate with the subscription for on the home page. Contact Page (Details for the contact page) Setup which category products to be displayed on the home page for "New Arrivals", Top Selling and Best Deals section. Setup category banner (upload and link) Setup Header, Footer and Right Menu All other front end functionality must be exactly like the theme I gave you link to. For the plugin The plugin should be created to setup some of the extra functions of the theme. For example, if you look at the product page you will see "98% of buyers enjoyed this product! 45 orders". The plugin should be able to generate rating and orders count for all products in the store. Let's say I setup in the plugin - generate from 10 to 500 orders count and rating between 4 and 5 for all products. The plugin should generate that data for all products so the theme to display them in the product page. Also, the plugin should generate with one click all default pages like Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Delivery etc (see the theme default pages). There should be a option to setup manually orders and rating for the products when you open a product from edit in the Woocommerce product section. Function to setup counter promotion for one product or for all products on my store. I need to setup days or hours so the theme to display the counter. Check what I mean here: [login to view URL] The theme should be tested and fixed with all bugs. If bugs appear in the first 6 months after was finished you are obligated to fix that bug. You also have to write full documentation how to install and setup the theme and the plugin. The theme will be tested by me on my own store BEFORE you are paid. All mistakes and bugs should be fixed. The theme should be also optimized for speed. I'm going to check that with all tools before paying.
