Website expansion (built on WordPress)

Our website is live ([login to view URL]). Our business is issuing travel visas online (no tangible goods; no traditional shopping cart approach). At the moment we issue visas for one ‘pilot’ country (Kenya) which works well and now we want to initiate an expansion to add 10 more countries. The framework is already built and for each country we will follow the same user experience: user selects destination, fills an application form, uploads some documents and then pays online. The challenge for adding new countries is that each country has its own immigration rules and validations (such as tourist nationality, passport validity, age etc.) as well as its own set of information fields to be filled by users. These rules and validations must be hard-coded in the back-end and a customised flow of steps must be developed for *each* country to capture the right info and upload required files (if you go to our website and apply for a visa you will see all the steps a user has to go through). We need someone who understands our business model and is comfortable to work with detailed requirements. You need to be top-notch and experienced in custom Wordpress development with proven track record and portfolio. You also need to be able to deliver the final product, i.e. deploy the changes to the live server and ensure everything works fine. The right candidate will be busy for a long time as we have a full roadmap for 2019 and beyond. This is not a one-off job, so be ready for some commitment for the longer term. We are flexible to pay a fixed amount per project (i.e. for each country added) or hourly rate. NOTE: please communicate only through freelancer.
