Website customisation PHP project

G'day. I am in the process of redesigning my website and have found a design I like, however, I've hit a couple of dead ends with several areas. Firstly, when the modal popsup, there is a list of tabs. Only one of the links show the active tab, all the other links when clicked bring up the popup modal and shows the tabs, but not the active content until you click a tab. Secondly, I need the bootstrap to do a calculation of how many products to show, so then it'll show in a total of 4 columns then continue row by row until the last item on the list shows. This also needs to be separated by category, with the results served from MySQL database. Thirdly, remove some of the added blank paddings. Fourthly, in the address bar, it shows things like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I want these removed if possible so it stays a clean [login to view URL] only. To the successful bidder, I'll show you the website which is on a test directory of my server and provides you with the files. You will need to know CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Bootstrap and HTML5 Parts of the website are re-used from my current site which was designed by another freelancer quite some ago, so the code in some areas might be a little messy due to cut & paste. Please note, do not bid outside my budget. I do have a fair understanding of what this will cost, I'm just too tired to spend the time and do it myself.
