Website and Back End Data Development

I am working on a side project and I need assistance with website development. I started to build a site on Wix but am not certain the site has the ability to do everything I need it to do. I am 100% certain I do not have the expertise to do it even if it can. The data collected will be fairly simple data for the member to input and track. I don’t have a great deal of expertise in this area and am looking for an expert in this type of project to partner with and help me get it off the ground. The site needs the following key items. 1) Must be a secure site with security certificate to display, 2) visitors have the ability to sign up for a single lifetime membership (Pay by credit card or Input promotional code provided by industry professional to provide them a free membership), 3) Industry professionals have the ability to purchase bulk memberships (they will receive a promotional code to provide to their clients that will give them a free lifetime membership, - promotional code needs to generated and provided on the screen and by email when they make the purchase, - The promotional code needs to track how many times it has been input and ultimately provide a screen pop-up letting the user know their industry professional needs to purchase more memberships when it reaches 0), 3) Each entry and section needs to allow the user to save their progress, 4) They need the ability to add another entry as they complete each of the membership sections on the menu, allowing them to make unlimited entries to each section as necessary, 5) A summary page needs to be created that includes input from all of the sections they have completed, broken out by section. (The summary needs to be printable and they need to be able to email the summary), 6) Site traffic analytics, 7) Ability to view and sort the data collected.
