Western European developer / developers team preferred. We would need an "Information Distribution" application that makes use of a web-based (browser) back-end. Using for instance framework7, or an other framework that makes a WEB-Based mobile app for iOS, Android and Web-browser. The back-end is the part where the (super-admin), Admins and Sub-Admins can add information. The information added from the back-end can be distributed to the front-end. The information added is always categorized per department. The backend login must be a separate URL ([login to view URL]), and must be accessible only with a VPN for security reasons. Once accessed, it will have a different URL ([login to view URL]) what is the web-based backend. The users of the front-end, can then search for information and receive important notifications from the backend. The front-end can be accessed only via an Android and iOS APP by a different URL. It would need two databases, which should be secured; 1) Information (content) database 2) APP User database There are 10 categories with each different information input and output. Each category has its own backend and frontend template. The information should be textual information (using various templates), date selection, graphical content, uploading files and so on. This is a big project, that would need multiple developers during this development project including someone who is checking the process. Must be ready within 3/4 weeks. You will receive a detailed project description for more information when you agree on being able to do this project.
