Vtiger setup and integration with wordpress site

We are looking for someone to work with our team who can setup, configure Vtiger CRM and setup webforms, email marketing, analytics, and custom portals. Currently, we have a website in WordPress set up to change the branding of posts depending on the subdomain it was accessed from, i.e. [login to view URL] shows, [login to view URL] etc. There is also a sign-up process as part of the website to capture information. This website is being managed and developed by our team. Enquiries from the sign-up process need to be tracked in Vtiger. Our Dev team would need to know what fields you have set up within Vtiger and how they should map them in WordPress. Ideally, we would like someone with Vtiger experience and WordPress experience. Who can help integrate / link webforms / data between the website and Vtiger and set up an automated sign up process to deliver documentation and request additional info if needed. Webmerge looks like it can do this (However, please advise on this). Effectively we will need vtiger set up to accommodate: - companies, that have agents, who have contacts, that will be looking at properties (houses or projects for sale). Each of these would need linking back to the main website. Full work flow diagrams will be given. • Main Company (Us) – visibility of everything.
