Vtiger 7.4 issues to be resolved

We have been using Vtiger crm for many years and have slowly upgraded with each version.

Now on version 7.4.

There have been a few issues since the upgrade but it had been manageable until recently.

Now the following issues now need to be resolved.

1) Web forms have just stopped working, when you complete the online form on our website it just goes to the “modules/Webforms/[login to view URL]” page and nothing loads or redirects to our thank you web page as it used to. This is very important to our business.

2) Conversion of leads has stopped working, it just reverts to the ”[login to view URL]” page and does not convert the lead.

3) Global search sometimes fails with a message about no access.

4) Comments are not active on an Organisation, when you click on the comment icon you get a blank page.

We are open to everything being transferred to a new installation on the latest Vtiger if this would be the best and cheapest way forward as long as we do not lose any of our history. As we did have some code changes made many years ago.

We have been reproducing our workflows as some were running in inherited mode due to all the upgrades over the years, but we are happy to redo these if required.
