Virtuemart related component for importing and updating new products

We have part virtuemart component (custom made) for updating the current product by SKU and at the same time it updates the quantity product, product title and product price. This works great. It uploads xls file (it most be excel related xls and xlsx file type). Now we need a pro developer who can fast update this component with adding a new products. It means: the all active products should be updated by the SKU with product name, quantity, and product price and all new products should be listed and by default unpublished. The new products should have: SKU, product title and product price. They should be always listed in this component under the NEW PRODUCTS. After some product is added (published) then it is removed from new product list. As well there is requirement that all of this products (new one - unpublished) have the category list like in VM Excel like manager (component that we have) so that client can simple select category's to this new products.
