Updates and bug fixes for reporting website

Our reporting website has a few issues and we also need a few updates: 1) 14) For all reports, you should be able to select an option from the drop down (ie: client name or employee name) and then select a date preset (ie: previous month). Instead when I select the date preset it resets the client/employee selection 2) We shouldn't have a button in the top right of each report page to view all of the data. This should be included as the first item in the drop down selector. For example, the first item in the drop down should say "All Client Medications" or "All Employees" or "All Clients" 4) If I'm shown data for All Employees or All Clients, etc. the drop down should reflect what I'm looking at "ie: the drop down should change to say "All Employees" 5) There needs an Employee column for Reports - Employees Hours module (preferably the first column) 6) When you save a CSV file, the file name should be the name of the report you're viewing. For example, if I'm saving a CSV for Case Notes, the file should say "Case [login to view URL]" 7) On the home tab, when you select an employee the numbers don't match. If you select House,Gregory, all his hours are 0. He should have a minimum of 57 hours for the month. 8) Add Client – This works fine, however we need a way to edit or delete a client. 9) Edit Employee – We need to be able to edit an employee without having to also edit the password 10) Schedule Hours – Schedule Hours is still spelled wrong in the Menu Bar. It is currently spelled “Sheduled Hours”. 11) On this new admin panel, you should be able to schedule an employee to start at any time. For some reason it's not showing the minutes. It's only letting me select hours (ie: I can't select 8:15am) 12) Report Case Notes – This is missing the Client column as well as presets. It is also missing three selections from the database for each case note which categorize each note. I can show you what these are. 13) Report Client Hours – This is missing the Client column 14) Report Client Medications – This is missing the Client column 15) Report Client Appointments – This is missing The User and Client column
