You probably realise yourself that the costs of this job are very much related with the 'quantity' side of it, meaning how much code there is, what part of it needs redoing, whether there may be need for changes in terms of program flow and logic, in order to make th echanges to work in teh same way the original did in lower php versions etc. So, yes, I am very much interested in this job an dwould like to know all aspects before hand, if possible. If checking up and assessment of the whole code is a possibility before assignemnt and acceptance of the job, I would really like doing so(to make sure the offer is proper and suits both sides equally, as well as avoid any 'surprizes' down the line). It sounds like you need your database calls updated to use PDO in oder to work with more recent versions of PHP. I am curious how many files are a part of this application.
