Sir, I read about this : we want to update magento from 1.9.2.1 to ver 1.9.3.8 and make sure every extension is working fine because we want to upgrade php on server to 5.6 we can upgrade it and test it on php 5.6 . if any issue and it will take lots more time then it will be additional charge.
