Twitch viewer bot??

In my household we have about 8 twitch account holders.. Whenever 1 of us wants to help a streamer out, we ask each other to keep a tab open with that streamer to help increase his/her numbers. the process of contacting everyone in the house.. getting them to open a link and leave it open. Generally just takes too long. We want some sort of option where we put all our twitch accounts in a file on a central computer and any of us could go up to it and run a command that will show that all 8 accounts are viewing the channel... What I'm looking for is a background program where I can just a single command and all 8 twitch accounts would then start "viewing" those channels
