I need to create a website for Demo that allows control of the buses’ passages in the city, the page does not have to be complex, it must allow to charge and consult the account balance of the users and with this data create usage and data statistics. The requirements are the following: - Debe permitir crear usuarios cliente, admin, bus. The site must have a sign up option with the posibility to create 3 different kinds of users: Administrators, Users and Bus Driver - La opción de clientes debe permitir recargar a través de PayPal, también debe permitir hacerlo por depósito bancario, esta opción debe permitir subir un archivo jpg para poder comprobar el comprobante. The users must have 2 payments options: through PayPal (connecting with PayPal API, preferably a demo option) and through a code that must be validated with the DB of the web app. - La parte de los administradores debe tener un historial de consumo y así poder generar una estadística de cada uno de los choferes. The administrators must have statistics about the Bus Drivers profile - Así mismo la opción del chofer debe permitir consultar el registro de los días con la info de los pasajes diarios. The Bus Drivers users must have statistics about the App Users that has consumed the service - All profiles must have a history of rides. - Crear un icono de app para Android que haga redirect a la pagina web. An icon for Android must be created to redirect to the website - La pagina web debe ser responsive. The website must be responsive to fit in smartphone screens

Hi , I have a vast experience in web development over 11 years . I can able to develop the application in Laravel Php framework . Let me know if you have any other options in the mind . I will use the charts so admins can view the statistics through graph view . Question 1: how the ride information will be fed into the system ?! Is the driver will create the entry of the users?! Question 2: while the user and bus driver signed up .
