I need a responsive website [must be mobile-compatible] that does the following: Objective: to build a network where individuals can find trainers of one certain skills and make their deals as they agree. The platform is single purpose so training is limited to one skill. 1. Trainer can register online but must upload their ID and verify their phone via sms (OTP). Trainers information include city, skills, base price per session, etc. 2. Trainees can search for nearby trainers and check their rate per session for comparison. 3. Trainees should they choose to make a deal with a trainer, they will need to register and verify their phone via sms (OTP). 4. Contact number of a trainer is only visible by clicking a button so that the system can track the potential deals and claim a share of the deal price. 5. Evaluation system is needed in both trainers and trainees with stars measure just like UBER. 6. System should provide a functionality to block certain users by the admins and prevent them from re-registration. 7. Trainers should have a functionality to report back to the system on actual training sessions and their prices so the system can calculate my share and theirs. 8. System should enable auto detection of current location of every user on the time of registration and on the time of requesting a service. Please ask me for further details
