Trading with IG API

I would like to utilise the IG API and place automated working orders through a CSV file that I will prepare on a daily basis. I have a flat file with information on what orders needs to be opened and are only valid for the day, so DAY ORDERS. The live file will have no headers, but see the attached file for reference as to the fields I will utilise. I know the IG API might require additional information, so I can add what might be needed. The service can be in any preferred language. The signal file with the orders will be ready every morning at a certain time and the service then needs to place the orders at a set time daily and send confirmation when sent and received by IG. The package also need to check if the instrument is available for trade and look at the account balance and let me know the amount of margin that will be deployed in relation to the account value. I also want the package to check periodically when a trade is opened/closed and send me notification. Synchronization will be solved by the reference I give to each order. Each order might not get filled 100% every time so that needs to be considered as well. Extra notes: 4 trade directions: Buy Long, Sell Long, Sell Short and Buy Short (this is the flag in the CSV file) Order Types: Limit or At Market. If trade is At Market the price field should not be used, because the current price will dictate.
