I am looking for a talented software developer to create a tool for property valuations. It needs to be compatible with Wordpress, best would be a plugin or anything similar, so it can be removed and added by my team. I also need to integrate an external API, so experience with API integration is a must. This project requires someone with strong technical skills in PHP, HTML5/CSS3, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in building applications and website services around Wordpress. A sample tool from a competitor is provided along with screenshots how it should look and work. Basically the user enters his address and key facts of the property and is then presented the valuation on the next page. Here the user can choose to enter his contact information to get a detailed valuation. After the user enters his info, he is sent an email with a link back to a different site, where a more detailed version of the valuation is shown. The contact information must also be sent to zapier to add the contact to a software To show the valuation I plan on using an API provided by Sprengnetter. Documentation and a test access will be provided. A test website with my usual wordpress setup will be provided with full access including FTP. In case it can be of use I have the wpforms plugin. As website builder I use Elementor and the site can send mails using the WP Mail SMTP Plugin.
