Tennis voucher and coach timesheet managment system

Looking for web developers working independently to develop a web based tennis coach voucher management platform. Must be experienced with MySQL, Node.js, React.js, Nginx. The platform is accessed via a mobile. Customer (Trainee) Relationship Management • Create and update customer records, comprising their personal particulars, contact details and other relevant information • Search customer records • View customer details: the related booking / package details • Send out marketing emails to customers • Send out SMS reminders to customers regarding their booking sessions (SMS gateway provided) • Management assignment of coaches to trainees Coach Folio and Timesheet Management • Create and update coach records, comprising their personal particulars, contact details, bank/salary information, certifications and other relevant information • Search and view coach records • Send emails to coaches to inform them of events, policies and other corporate matters • Track coaches monthly hours • View session completion history and training related information • View outstanding draft/pending sessions i.e. when there is missing voucher or no cash but the lesson is completed • Send out reminders to coaches to complete pending sessions Package Management • Created customised voucher packages with unique QR code • View outstanding vouchers, based on expiry date, for management to have a feel of the cashflow. (Client name, package bought, consumed and outstanding vouchers.) • Send out email to customer when the vouchers are consumed • Show acknowledgment on coach's mobile screen when trainee's voucher is scanned • Send out auto reminder for customers to top up when they are about to use up the package • Perform member to member transfer of vouchers, management function, requires new member profile to be created Coach Self Service Training Web-Portal Coaches may log in to a mobile friendly web portal to perform self-service tasks that will reduce their contact requirement with the head office. Examples of services they may perform include: • Login to web-portal with username or email • View their own timesheet • Update personal information, contact details and other relevant information • Register use of package vouchers by scanning the trainee’s package QR code, acknowledgement on screen when scanned • Register a draft training session entry as pending, i.e. when there is missing voucher or no cash but the lesson is completed • Complete a draft training session entry
