We have a high budget – up to 1000 dollar, but we also expect premium quality, which does not fail and which has been thoroughly tested by the supplier, before they ask us to perform tests. We expect you to have a handle of the graphical, so the system is presentable and user-friendly. We envision the system is made in a framework like laravel, lumen or symfony and that it is development happens in the latest version – so it is php, then it must be developed in php8. FAQ Q. Can I change the price, after I have made the bid, because I have not read the specifications properly?
