Software integration with Magento

I have a software which needs to be integrated with Magento, the software creates products with variables and has accounts creation and a cart system, below is what I want and attached is part of the documentation supplied from the software company for the integration to help in estimating the job:

1. I need both Magento cart and software login to have the same user data.

2. I need the website user to be able to set the product variables from Magento itself before moving to the software.

3. I need the website user to make the payment through Magento cart NOT the software payment system.

PLEASE go through the documentation CAREFULLY and give me a proper estimate for the cost and time frame.
