General Features: - User profile is approved by admin before being published. - Instant Messaging fefature. - Offline messaging feature with inbox notifications. - Open chat Forums/ Groups controlled by admin. - Free and Paid membership subscriptions. - Show online status of members. - Members receive daily profile matches to their inbox. - Show when the member was last active. - Members can leave a review. - Works with event manager (calendar for picking rental duration dates) - Members can send invites. - Blog - Latest property Listings as Posted by Admin. - Members can freely scroll through the profiles of other members, or rely on the profile matching system by site. - Filtered search by Budget, Age range, Gender, Area interested in living, Type of property interested in - Highly customized registration form which will provide data for the member profile.
