Bidding - the way the bidding work is as following. as work order is being completed, a bid form is fields are automatically created based on the questions that answered on the main work order form. For example So on the work order, there will be questions and that the vendor will answer, depending on how they answer those questions, a field will be created on the bid form. There will a damage section on main work order page, if the vendor completes fields in this section, the bid form will be completed based on how they complete these sections So they a vendor gets to the bid form, all they will have to do is upload photos for those items that require bidding admin cms needs more developement.
