Simple WordPress Plugin

I would like a simple one-page WordPress plugin. The point of the plugin is will be to activate a redirect URL when a site visitor selects the back button, escape or close button on a page or post. If the back button goes to another page on the site, then allow the user to continue to that page (do not activate the redirect). The plugin also allows for this code to be put onto specific posts and pages on the site; and on external owned sites. The plugin is activated with a license. License must be able to be cancelled. Please see the attached document that shows how I envision the plugin. This is a simple project however please only bid if you have experience writing WordPress plugins. I would like this job to go quickly and smoothly. From you I expect a finished plugin with the copyright to me that is delivered on time.
