Simple php site with profile video and comments

Please keep your bid under $100 and needs to be done in less than 12h otherwise please dont bid. We need a simple php site with the following requirements: *- Login page: Shows a list of usernames (defined by me the programmer, make it easy to change it in the code, it's about 12 users total), to login the user should just click the name, no password needed. *- Home page: list all users again excluding himself (the logged user) and show only users that already uploaded a video. For each user show: a button to play the video, show a text area to create or edit a comment for the user. *-Profile page: It's the user personal edit page, it only shows a button to upload a new video or replace old video when uploading, (optional: let the user upload a picture or icon too) *- logout button Use bootstrap template responsive html5, I have nice templates in case you dont have one, no mysql database required but it's ok if you need it, please keep the UI nice and clean, we will provide the color palette by private message, please try to make it as much as MVC posible to keep the code clean, because I might need to change the design later. If the project is good we might hire you to make the next version which is huge, so this is a great oportunity
