A simple android App to scan Barcode/QR and opens the door via bluetooth

I need an app that can communicate with my web API... I have a system that tracks building access coded in php, I need an app that would be able to do the following:
====================== Landing Page ================
Have an empty screen displaying 1 button... [START]
=> OnClick: Loads Barcode/QR scanner > USER SCANs Card > the app then communicate with API sending scanned_code with signing_type > then the API will respond with json {img_url, text_to_display (either goodbye, or welcome in or errors} > display the response nicely and if clicked okay it opens the door via bluetooth and go back to main screen
===================== Settings Page (hidden in a sliding side menu) ==========
The APP should the following settings options (restricted area with pass 234987):
- Connect to Door (search for Bluetooth devices to connect to) in which the app will send to it 0 or 1 to open or close door
- Select type of access [ ]Sign In or [ ] Sign Out (to send it to the API with every barcode/qr code sent
