Siberian CMS module for WHMCS

I need a module creating for Siberian CMS ([login to view URL]), which uses ionic framework. So the idea is, someone can create an WHMCS app within Siberian CMS by connecting to the WHMCS API. So if they are a web host for example, people will be able to purchase and manage their cPanel hosting packages / domains and etc via the app created within WHMCS. So it will basically be there WHMCS client area, but in an app built with the ionic framework in Siberian CMS. So whatever they offer on WHMCS, be it domains, hosting, services, etc it will be able to be purchased and managed through the app. Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification. So to summarise you are creating a module for Siberian CMS, that links with the WHMCS api, so you can view WHMCS in a app created with Siberian CMS. You are not creating an app, you are creating a siberian cms module that links with the WHMCS API. Someone will be able to link WHMCS from Siberian cms, so there client can use whmcs on their phones. So they will be able to access their whmcs services, billing, tickets, domains, etc directly from the app. Possibly even get notifications when an invoice is due to has been paid, or a service / domain is about to expire. Basically anything you can think of that will integrate the app/module well with the main whmcs install.
