Setup a Mail compliant dedicated Server

I want to setup a dedicated mail server can spam compliant which means it should contain at least the following: - A php mail application (legetimate licence no hack) to handle compaigns with full statictics (opens, clicks, ...) - Manage automatically the unsubscribes (automaticlaly put in unsub list who click on the unsub link) - An MTA Agent (legetimate licince no hack) that handles delivery and queue etc.. - A page to check queue status (delete queue, stop queue etc..) -set two types of delivery (only with one ip or with ip rotation ) of course add all spf dkim etc... and other elements to have a compliant server
