Serials Number SQL/PHP DB - VERY URGENT

Hello, I need to have done this project urgently (at least first "beta" within 3 days) so please apply ONLY if you can do it fast I need to have a DB (sql would be perfect) where trough a webpage (php) i will be able to save serials number from products I sell. I do wholeasales of HDD/SSD, everytime I get like 5000, 10000 serials number (in csv or xls) for one article for each transaction and I need to save those serials into a DB with the following informations; Serials Model Supplier Name Purchase Order No. Date of purchasing Client Name Invoice No. Date of sale I do not need to load the invoice or the po, but just the references (po numbers etc..). Those information, once stored I need to have the possibility to enquire the DB to check those serials for RMA purposes. I make an example; I receive from my clients, list with S/N which they claim to have bought from us where I need to open RMA (defect units...). I need to have the possibility to enquire the DB with a list and the DB will have to show me the following for every serial no. I input; 1)Serial No. is present in db? Y/N if YES, I need to get the full infos of the transaction, so: Serials Model Supplier Name Purchase Order No. Date of purchasing Client Name Invoice No. Date of sale 2) In case the serial is not present in the DB (in this case client sent to the wrong supplier) I need the report show exactly WHICH serials are not present into the list.
