In order to pass this contest you must do one simple thing:
1. Connect to API and show the results of an api call for "listpeers"
To get this API call you must use an encrypted .pem key....for security reason I cannot attach the key here (also you must have the skill to create a key)...so here it is.....

POST parameters:
method= name of the command you want to execute
request= request array is json encoded and encrypted with public key. This array includes api_key, cmd (command to execute)
signature= signature generated from post parameters (post parameters are alphabatically sorted) excluding nonce
nonce= one time encryption key used
encryption method for signature generation: openssl_encrypt
