We would like to have a route optimisation system for a fleet of vehicles involving on-demand and advanced deliveries. There are many variables and parameters involved such has number of delivery personnel, working hours, live tracking and re-routing, etc.

There are too many variables. We will discuss in detail. We are on a budget. We will be looking to have an existing platform to further customise to our needs. Or even utilising excel's functionality to substitute some functions.
