Restrict the purchase of a WooCommerce product for each buyer to once every so many days; such as 30, 45, 60, 90 etc.

Hello, I have a client who owns a radio station. They provide radio advertisements to businesses in exchange for discount coupons that customers can use at the business. The radio station then sells the coupons to get their money for the advertising. They need to restrict the purchase of a discount coupon for each buyer to once every so many days; such as 30, 45, 60, 90, or never again, depending on the discount coupon being offered. (The businesses don't want too frequent use of the coupons since they are aimed at getting new customers, not just always giving discounts.) I need a way for my client to easily enter the time restriction of how often a coupon can be purchased on the product page of each discount coupon being sold. It needs to be a text box to enter the number of days or 9999 for never again. Then, when a product is entered into the cart, it would not be allowed to be purchased if the required number of days hasn't yet passed. I'm not sure if this needs to be a plugin or just code addition. Let me know your thoughts on how to best solve the issue. Thanks, Mike
