WE REQUIRE AN API / MAGENTO 2 EXPERT TO FIX AN ISSUE. API DATA NOT BEING POSTED.

When a customer presses the order button to complete the order as well as processing payment and emailing the customer we have added additional instructions to send data to the warehouse for delivery of goods (data is sent via API). This works fine but recently we added another instruction to send some addition data containing a few more fields to the same API address.

There is also an additional record added to a table in the database.

The bit we added only works when we test it but when a customer does an order it doesn't work. We don't know why. The data is not posted and a record is not added to the database.

We need someone who can quickly understands the process well, can diagnose problem and fix quickly. We have a test site and a live site. You can test on the test site and when working apply to live site.
