We need ruby on rails website that have: Sing up with SMS Authentication Have 5 deferent user roles like admins, project users, sub project users, etc. Users key in data from the field sub-project user can see the reports submited by his employees and project manager can see the reports submited by users from deferent fileds. Admin user grant the right who will view specific reports. Some users working in remote area where there is no internet so they have to key in the data through SMS. There should be notifications when the user submit the entry.
