Report Module using PHP, MySQL and Microsoft Word

I need a module to generate a report in Microsoft Word using data stored in a series of MySQL tables. On my website (built in PHP and MySQL) I store information on television shows and movies. I use a table to store Reports, which contain ProjectID numbers for the projects that are part of each report. Using the table below as an example, Report #1 contains 4 projects. ReportID | ProjectID _________________________ 1 209 1 238 1 471 1 726 I have already created some PHP code that pulls all of the project information from the database, and echoes it onto the screen in an HTML table (see screenshot). I would like to make it so that instead of echoing to the screen, it is dropped into a Microsoft Word file that the user can edit before printing. Using my pre-made PHP code, I would like to extend that and implement a loop to pull all of the project information for all projects within this REPORTS table, and drop it into a Microsoft Word document. I would also like to generate a CONTENTS table first which stipulates which projects are contained within, and which page numbers of the document each project can be found on. The report will be ordered via a slightly complex have a slightly complex order to it which I will discuss with you - but otherwise I imagine most of this project won't be too time consuming.
