Greetings, Summary: Read an excel with Live streaming data (Real Time Data) that is fed every second for about approximately 1000 rows and upload the data to Cloud ( An end point shall be provided). The above process has to be automatic and should have a UI for configurable to start and stop at specific times of the day. The interval of data upload from Excel to Cloud should be configurable ( For example, every 15 seconds, or 30 seconds etc) Upload of data to cloud should be based on a particular column data and for specific times( For example, if Columns of 100 rows are "xyz", then the upload must be between 9 AM to 4 PM, If the column of 200 rows are "abc", then upload must be between 10 AM to 11PM. An End of day Upload must be done automatically at a specified time once Live stream data is stopped. This should also be configurable in the UI. The Excel shall be opened one time in a day and will be open throughout the day which will be fed with Real time data from another system every second. The new system should read the data from the excel that is open. The new system must run as a service and should automatically start and stop at specified time intervals during the day and post data to the end point that will be shared. PS: Please note the excel will not be closed and opened each time. OS: Windows 8.1/ 10 , Office 365 is being used. Non Functional: A dedicated system will be used to Run the Excel program which is fed with Live data from an external system. The new system must perform efficiently and continually run for about 15-16 hours with out hanging or crashing the system

Hello there I am available to help you with a program to automatically upload data to the cloud. Kindly confirm if the end point has an API or if if it supports a protocol like FTP/HTTP. I will also create a windows service that runs at required scheduled intervals and upload the data as required. I have experience working with Excel\VBA and Python for data processing, analysis and automation of tasks.
