PLEASE Read all of the notes before you bid. Contact me with questions and I can provide you with more detailed information. Looking for a Laravel or Codeigniter programmer, up to date with the latest versions. Someone who produces nice clean code. MySQL will be used as well. The site will only consist of a couple public pages, a member login area and site admin (for me). It will need to be both iOS and Android compatible. The site will be very basic. I will have you do the design, but I will provide you with demo. I will not have design files to give you. Some of the main points: - Site will use address autocomplete - Will need a spider created to grab data and populate data base (optional if you do not do this part, I can provide you the data base to work with. I can send you instructions for the spider if you will do it.) - Email authorization will be sent to all members who join site (no payment processing used, free joins) - Notification sent to me (email or txt message if possible) when a member signs up or asks a question. Purpose of the site: To have people enter in their address to get a free report about their home's value and what is for sale/ sold in their area. The member will enter in their address, fill out a few questions and will submit the information. They will validate their email address and log into their very basic member's area. All of the information collected will go to my admin area. Please contact me to get the rest of the details of the site so you can give me an accurate bid.

Hello.. Nice to see your project posted here. I have read details. I understand that a CODE IGNITER based website is required which should be responsive to all devices. The main aim of the website is to provide a free report of a home's value. People will submit addresses, full out some questions to get the reports. I think, If I am doing this project, I wont be able to work on scrapping the data. So you will have to give me a database to start off. I do have some more questions as well, so It will be a handy if we can discuss this.
