Hi 10 year experience in video streaming (live and vod). I do recommend to use your own video streaming server like WOWZA. However I am not sure if you an afford it or not. If you third party like VidehoWhisper then you will not get all source files from them and so modification will be possible. If you can rent dedicate hosing and buy WOWZA license key then its all our and we can do everything. Let me know if we can discuss in detail.
