I need to program this function for my inbound callcenter.
When the callers are holding in the queue they listen one customizable audio1 allowing them the option to continue to wait in the queue, leave a voicemail or request a callback.
If the caller request Calling Back it will hear customizable audio2 and it must enter a phone number to be called back. Next the call ends for this caller.
The callback must occur their slot in line comes up next
If the call is answered must be assigned to the next available agent.
All Call backs must be registered in mysql database with a disposition (ANSWERED, BUSY, NOT ANSWER, CONGESTION)
