PWA Push notifications from PHP

I need someone familiar and already done this, so can drop his ready made scripts and modify to my needs easily. I saw my iPhone updated to iOS 16.4 and Push notifications will now work at Safari and PWA. So I wan to test that and possibly add later to my website PWA. This is not live and real project, but something for me to test and understand the basic process and decide if later will add or not to my possible PWA for future website I plan and provide notifications for website members. What I need is jsut a test of this create for me, at blank website (I will provide host FTP). No need for DB, but if you request one - I will create and provide mysql DB for this. What I want you to provide: 1. Blank PWA (Progressive Web App) page or whatever basic design you want (like "This is your PWA page"). It will have any manifest, [login to view URL] and etc just to be PWA and I can click and install it to my Android (Chrome) and iPhone (Safari). If requested - I can provide ready blank PWA with basic manifest and worker set at FTP. 2. You create proper worker/javscript to allow any person to agree for Push Notifications, once he install PWA on his phone. 3. You create proper JS to talk to server PHP in a way needed for PWA push notifications to work. Also create PHP scripts to acept this JS requests. 4. It should work on older PHP 5.5 !!! That is importants, as if I use this exampel to extend it to real working push notifiacaions it will be for an old php 5.5 website, one can not be updated to later php. but should also work on php 8. 5. As far I know some private/public key pair should be created. I need you to create that and also explain and provide tools for me to create such pairs in future. Write short instructions what I shoud do step by step to crete later new keys pair. 6. I want to be able to install PWA at both my Android and iPhone or multiple phones, but there must be a way notifications to go to exactly one phone I wan to (that "user"). Explain how that works and create it. Like each installation get's an ID (user) and it is stored in DB (file for this example). Then at some event PHP will call that exact ID/user to get that push notification. Not all phones with that PWA. Create some simple example script that will allow me to test this, like have a list of users (all my phones, which installed PWA) and I can click or something to send notification to desired one. Let me know if any questions and I will explain as much as possible. In your message to me tell me what you may need from me to drop this demo example: 1/ FTP access (for sure, yes) 2/ MySQL DB to store PWA user data - yes/no 3/ Blank PWA already set at server FTP - yes/no 3. Anything else - yes (what) / no Budget for this is not big, as it should be something you already did and know well. If never did - this is not project for you. You should already have most of the JS and PHP ready (from other tests or projects you did) and just drop and make small modifications to make it work for me and explain keys part. So I look for $30-$40 price for this. If your price is above - let me know why it is higher.
