Proxy Server with fast ping times

I need someone to teach me how to improve on squid proxy latency to sneaker sites.
I have a dedicated server with 1gb uplink ports and have already set up squid3 on each ip, but cannot figure out how to improve on ping times.
I have a script/program that installs the squid info to each IP and they work, but i want faster ping speeds. Operating system is Ubuntu 14.04
