PHP Registration System for event with E-badge

Need to develop PHP event registration system, below is the work flow There will be one landing page. In landing there will be 2 options - enter your registration access code (code will be unique) and submit - When they enter unique code system will check the code and take them to registration form. (Form fields will be firstname, lastname, company, job title, mobile number and email) After user fill the form they will get confirmation email with e badge - Also e badge will be available in the registration page itself and people can download from there. Other option for new registration When user click on this button they will get registration with below fields. Form fields will be firstname, lastname, company, job title, mobile number, email, why you need to attend this event, how you get this link) After they submit the registration form they will get email notification that “Thank you for registering, you’re in waiting list.” For backend admin dashboard. Should able see separately access code registrants and new registration. Can able export the data to excel and PDF New registrations should able to approve from the system and system its self send e badge after approval In the e badge – Should be include QR code, Name, Job title and event logo)
