Php job to fix some errors reading gmail to database

Hello, i need my current php script(s) to be checked on some issues and need to be updated so it handles the email scraping perfectly without errors.
Currently the script(s) read my gmail inbox for some data. It puts it in a database and finally a script looks if the existing data needs to be updated, deleted or a new row added.
But it does not do it properly. Some data aren't updated at all, added or deleted.
The email is a bit dynamical but it shouldn't be a hard job to accomplish. I only want skilled and experienced coders that code correctly without any mess! Also be flexible to adjust existing code if needed.
I have access to gmail, DirectAdmin and MySQL.
