Opencart module debugging. -- 2

We have a module that needs changing asap. there are three scenarios: 1 - item is collection only 2- Item is collect and delivery 3 -There are two items in the basket one is collect & delivery and the other is collect. In scenario 1 the calendar should show inside the checkout process. in step 3/4 of the process. And we can use the open cart functionality to disallow delivery option to appear here In scenario 2, item is available for both shipping and collection so in step 3 the customer should chose between collect and shipping and then the calendar or the shipping details should appear accordingly. In scenario 3, one item is for collection and one is for delivery and collection. then the plugin should make it default as collection. and the calendar should appear in step 3. Also, when I select available for shipping then it makes the "type" default and i have to select if I want to ship or collect. it should be in the checkout process step 3 Everything is working but the placement is not right so its difficult for the customer to understand whats going on. The challenge is to finish it by tonight. I have attached a screenshot that explains where we want the options to appear
