Online Food Delivery Website + Mobile App

The project will be online food delivery. We want to build website and mobile application (iOS and Android). Both website and mobile application will be in Greek and English. The website will be fully responsive. The mobile application will follow all the latest guidelines.
Also is essential to have a friendly admin interface.
The user will have to sign up first before order a meal. He/She should be able to login with social networks (for example facebook).
The website will display recipes and a weekly menu. The user would be able to buy a meal and select if he/she wants to deliver now or at later day.
Also it should have a membership subscription and the ability to plan a weekly meal plan.
After the user orders it should have a page to check where is the order. This page will have some certain steps (that the admin will be able to change) order received, prepare order, out for delivery etc.
