I got some scanned documents with different layout and informations. ( pdf / jpg ) I need someone to build an php script: - Convert .jpeg / .pdf into text. - Look for some specific fields (NOTE: WE GOT DIFFERENT LAYOUTS) - Insert that information into mysql -Insert that fields in the right collums - Upload the file (jpg / pdf) into server and put the path into database too. I think we need some ocr php library to build that. But feel free to give your ideas...

I already done similar kind of project... so I can able to give solution very quickly. Will use tesseract ocr in PHP to read text from image or PDF.

This is Mohamed Ibrahim, My earlier project was same as your requirement. I had worked on OCR and know about the OCR part very well. I will use tesseract open source library with image processing to make it work. Will program in Python and PHP to run the OCR engine. I can do it easily with the given bid amount. Hi, I have a lot of experience in doing OCR, particularly with tesseract. How many documents do you have? Do have any preference on the language we use? Relevant Skills and Experience I have worked on many document scanners/scrappers for some time now. This seems like a quick project. Proposed Milestones €50 EUR - OCR (getting the text) €61 EUR - Putting everything into SQL Additional Services Offered €150 EUR - I can make a small app where you can upload your documents and get them processed. Do you need to process the documents you have or are you going to be doing this more in the future?
