2 tasks on the same mission (tasks are related) The problem : We do have problems to receive and send emails. When we send emails, they are going to the recipient spam folder. When senders send us emails, some of them are not delivered and the sender is getting an error and can’t sent us any email. We think that this problem is coming from different elements. SPF and dns setting in our primary dns servers, lake of SSL certificate in Cgpro (TLS), CGpro wrong or incomplete relaying settings, maybe something else? Our environment : CGpro (Stalker communigate pro server) on linux [login to view URL] is a secondary dns server (dedicated to dns task) running a Perl script to get all zones from our 7 other primary dns servers and work as secondary (slave) dns server. Those 7 other plesk servers are hosting our domains and also other clients domain names. here are the 7 servers : [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Explanation of our architecture : We are providing domain name registration. Each new domain is registered with one of our 7 primary servers + [login to view URL] as secondary. The zones are created from a template in our primary servers and [login to view URL] Perl’s script is synching zones by getting a new copy twice a day from our primary servers. It’s working fine when the domains are hosted on the primary servers. Only our own 4 domains are using copra email server which is outside from the primary server (which also host web and email services for them). Our need : We need you to : - subscribe and install a free or the lowest cost SSL/TLS certificate in our CGPro server and use it for all our domains in CGPro mail server. we don’t want to have a separate TLS certificate for each domain. We want to use a single certificate for all our 4 domains on CGPro server. - check and configure the dns records for 4 domains (SPF, MX, A or TXT entries) to have the best deliverability performance. You can provide the instructions to modify for each of those 5 domains DNS records and i will do those changes. - check the perl script (very easy script) located on our secondary dns server ([login to view URL]) because for some reasons, when one of the primary servers don’t answer, the zones are not completely replicated. This script was designed to avoid this but for some unknown reason it seems that it delete all zones in the beginning of it’s synchronisation before making sure that it can get access and replicated all zones. We faced a recent problem where many of websites didn’t work anymore because the primary was down and no dns zones were located in dns2. After we forced the sync manually, we got all zones and all domains went back online.
