Need a web based script to randomize formatted sentences

I want a simple web based script to randomly spin a formatted article so a person can copy and paste the output into a website usually a word-press . the file to be located in a folder /spin the format is as attached but basically it is broken into paragraphs FORMATED TEXT {paragrapgh1 sentence1~paragrapgh1 sentence2~paragrapgh1 sentence3} {paragrapgh2 sentence1~paragrapgh2 sentence2~paragrapgh2 sentence3} {paragrapgh3 sentence1~paragrapgh3 sentence2~paragrapgh3 sentence3} {paragrapgh4 sentence1~paragrapgh4 sentence2~paragrapgh4 sentence3} {paragrapgh5 sentence1~paragrapgh5 sentence2~paragrapgh5 sentence3} OUTPUT 1 paragrapgh1 sentence1 paragrapgh2 sentence2 paragrapgh3 sentence3 paragrapgh4 sentence1 paragrapgh5 sentence2 NEXT RANDOM SPIN paragrapgh1 sentence3 paragrapgh2 sentence1 paragrapgh3 sentence2 paragrapgh4 sentence2 paragrapgh5 sentence1 ETC description of the script and what it is intended to do. 1:person takes formatted text {text 1~text 2~text 3} 2:pastes it into online form 3:pushes button randomize 4:form outputs randomized article so that output can be copied FROM PAGE into a website usually a wordpress site. preferred html page/php 5:Click randomize again (spin again) or start new article (back to paste form) 6: each output must be completely random (or as random as you can make)
