The site is Wordpress and the issue is SAML, which has not functioned properly since we upgraded servers. We disabled nginx and just run apache, but still have the problem. there is a front end site that people login to and they are re-directed to this site once login is successful. we do not have access to the front end site. just this site.

are your using SAML 2.0 vendor such as OneLogin, Ping Identity or WSO2, its need a specific OS version, which OS V are you using currently.
